IMPORTANT DATES:
December 1, 2026 - Application and photos due.
By December 14, 2026 - You will receive notification if you've been accepted, wait-listed or denied.
December 31, 2026 – Payment due, to participate as a vendor in the event. If accepted, the fee is $60 for 9 ft. x 6 ft. space. This fee is non-refundable.

Items sold at the marketplace must have prior approval from the market place coordinators. Handmade items are preferred, and only a small percentage of direct sales will be accepted.
Proceeds from the table fees will benefit local missions.
